Registration fee includes

The fee for the Conference includes preparatory and administrative expenses, group meals and Conference documentation.The fee does not include participants'
travel or hotel expenses.

Cancellations and substitutions.

Cancellations received in writing before April 15, 2004 will incur a charge of US$ 350/- and Rs.15,000/- for Pakistani participants. After this date no refunds will be made but substitutions will be accepted at no extra charge. We would appreciate prior notification of substitute participants.
